Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality therapeutics services to all our patients in a timely manner. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful to others please call Authentic Talk at 816-368-1288 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. There is a $30.00 cancellation fee if appointment not canceled within 24 hours. You will not be able to book next appointment without paying $30.00 cancellation fee.
